W2j Terms & Conditions – A Clear and Straightforward Guide for Members

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply between w2j (hereinafter referred to as "w2j", "we", or "the Platform") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you"). w2j is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform operated under the domain w2j.world.

The following are definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Account" – Your personal account registered on w2j, where your details, wallet, and betting history are stored.
• "Real Money Wallet" – The portion of your account that holds funds you have deposited yourself, which can be withdrawn directly.
• "Bonus Wallet" – Bonus funds provided by w2j that cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering/Rollover" – The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" – Know Your Customer – an identity verification process used to prevent fraud.
• "Bet" – The activity of placing money on the outcome of an event.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at w2j, you must meet the following requirements. w2j reserves the right to close any account that does not satisfy these conditions.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated bonuses will be forfeited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration – including your name, address, date of birth, and phone number.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your NID, passport, or driving licence must be submitted.
• Accounts may not be opened or used from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

During registration, an OTP is sent to your mobile number and your account is activated upon verification. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. w2j will not be held liable if you share your password with anyone else.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Certain rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on w2j. These rules are in place to protect our members.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive faster processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the original deposit. Third-party account withdrawals are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• W2j reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals on suspicious transactions pending additional verification.
• Deposit and withdrawal methods may change in line with updates to payment provider policies.

4 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules all members must follow when placing bets on w2j. These rules apply equally to everyone.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may use w2j's Cash Out feature to settle your bet before the match ends. The cash out amount will be credited to your account.

• The minimum single bet amount is ৳300. The maximum bet limit varies by event.
• If the same member places bets from multiple accounts on a single event, all bets will be voided.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled more than 48 hours before its scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Pre-match betting closes just before the event kicks off. Live Betting is available throughout the match.
• W2j reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error.
• In an accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, that selection's odds are set to 1.00 and the rest of the bet remains active.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

W2j's bonus offers are designed to give members added value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• To qualify for a bonus, a minimum deposit amount is generally required, as specified in the details of each offer.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the Bonus Wallet – wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. A new bonus can only be claimed once the wagering requirement on the current bonus has been completed or the bonus has expired.
• Multiple members from the same household, address, or IP address cannot claim the same bonus.
• W2j reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

For Sports Betting, a minimum odds of 1.50 is required for bets to count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not be included in the wagering calculation. For casino games, contribution rates vary by game — slots generally contribute 100%, while table games contribute between 10% and 50%.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using w2j's services. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated programs.
• Using inside information related to match-fixing or match outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or hack w2j.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using coordinated betting strategies for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using another member's account credentials or attempting to access their account without permission.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

W2j may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.
• Upon submission of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If an account is closed and no rules have been violated, any funds remaining in the real money wallet will be eligible for withdrawal. In cases of rule violations, however, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support chat. After closure, a request to reopen the account can be submitted, though w2j reserves the right to approve or decline it.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Cooling-Off: A cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks is available for those who need a temporary break.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 6 months to 5 years. No re-entry is permitted during this time.
• Reality Check: During extended play sessions, w2j may send automatic break reminders and spending alerts.

9 Limitation of Liability

W2j strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but there are limits to w2j's liability in certain situations. w2j will not be held responsible for the following:

• Missing a Live Betting opportunity due to internet disconnection or delay.
• The member's own negligence resulting in the disclosure of their password or account information.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events beyond w2j's control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory directives.

W2j is committed to resolving technical issues promptly and to fairly compensating affected members where applicable. Reporting any issue to the support team ensures quick action is taken.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet result, payment, or account matter, please follow the process below:

• First, raise the issue via support chat or email. Most matters are resolved within 24 hours.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may register a formal complaint by submitting it in writing via email.
• Formal complaints are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
• If you remain unsatisfied with w2j's decision, you may escalate your complaint to w2j's licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcomes, the data from the official score provider is considered final. Information from live streams or unofficial sources will not be accepted.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

W2j reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the following process will be followed:

• For minor changes, a notice will be posted on the website.
• For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
